The LITE Auditorium is open for conducting Marriage functions, meetings and functions etc., as per the Diocesan Terms and Conditions. The Auditorium has a huge space and can accommodate upto 1000 people comfortably. All bookings are encouraged to be done in advance.

Guest rooms are also available for booking.

Note:

1. Entire Amount should be paid at the time of Booking.
2. Payment by DD only in favour of LAITY INSTITUTE FOR TRANSFORMATION EDUCATION.
3. Rent is only for 12 hours for extra time Rs. 5,000/- per hour will be charged.
4. Caution Deposit Rs. 20,000/- will be refundable if not any damage
5. Kitchen Rs. 15,000/- will be refunded if not using the Kitchen
6. 1st Corridor Veg Area Breakfast/Lunch Rs. 5,000 will be refunded if not using.
7. Advance for EB Charges Rs. 45,000/- The cost will be calculated and the balance amount will be refunded.
8. GST will be calculated for the actuals.
9. Cleaning charges is only for cleaning the Auditorium after the function is over.
10. Parking compulsory at CSI Bain School @ Rs. 50,000/- + Rs. 9,000/- (GST) in favor of CSI Bain School, Management A/C.
